Whitmore High School appealing floodlight rejection
Whitmore High School in Porlock Avenue is appealing by way of written representations Harrow Council's decision of July 2012 to refuse it permission for 14 new floodlights to allow the evening use of its courts and all weather pitches.
The school wants to install eight 10m-high floodlights on its tennis and netball courts and six 14m-high floodlights on its junior football and hockey artificial grass pitch with their use proscribed up to 9pm only.
