Real ale festival in Rayners Lane

REAL ale and cider drinkers can enjoy two weeks of new tastes and world brews at a beer festival in Rayners Lane.

The festival at the Village Inn will run from March 14 until April 1 and will feature over 30 different types of ales, cider and beer with six on offer each day.

On the opening day of the celebration, the pub will host a barbecue and music evening.
The J D Wetherspoon chain pub, is supporting the charity CLIC, which cares for young people and children with cancer, and manager Elliott Taylor is holding a fundraising event on Wednesday, March 28, from 6.30pm.
